FLAVOURS IN EVOLUTION

Mamma Margherita lit the fire. Her children and grandchildren continue to feed it. A flavour in evolution that does not abandon the principles which gave it birth. The cuisine has creative features that are never excessive, and that are based primarily on traditional ingredients. Truth is found in the ingredients. A good flavour awakens the senses and exalts the emotions. Sons learned this from their mother.
