The wine list accompanies the seasonal menu with authority. Oreste and Simone know how to advise and propose the right wine for every dish or occasion. More than 450 labels make up the constantly updated and stocked cellar. There are many selected wineries in the area: from the Berici Hills to Breganze up to Gambellara and the Lessini. The offer is completed by the great wines of Italian enology from the major areas, while also foreign wines find their representation in the French products of Alsace, Bordeaux and Burgundy together with Champagne, or Germans from the Rhine and Moselle, reaching the Spain of the Priorats. Among the bubbles there is no shortage of charmat scents and the structures of classic method sparkling wines, Franciacorta and Talento in primis. Do not forget also a selection of craft beers.
